Webhooks

Outbound HTTPS webhooks deliver alert and incident notification payloads to your endpoint. This is not inbound ingest.

Purpose

Configure a generic webhook channel alongside Slack, Discord, and Teams to POST notification events when alerts open, escalate, or resolve (when configured). Product overview: Notifications.

Configuration

Add a webhook integration under Settings → Integrations. Secrets are encrypted at rest; destination hosts are allowlisted to reduce SSRF risk.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by the notification engine with retries via Trigger workers in production. Failed deliveries surface in integration health — they do not invent success.

Limitations

Webhooks are outbound notifications — not a substitute for ingest APIs.
Requires Pro+ integrations.
