Retention
Retention windows are plan-gated. Mydle never claims longer retention than the workspace is entitled to.

Add-ons raise monthly volume only — they never extend retention. Subscriptions bought before the current package keep their original retention until cancelled.

Cleanup#
Scheduled jobs delete monitoring history, logs, browser data and traces once they pass the plan window. Deleted data can’t be searched or exported.
Limitations
- Downgrading to Free shortens the window; older data is cleaned up on the next run.
